Welcome to Stick & Bone Studio. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Stick & Bone Studio's website and services.
By accessing this website or using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you should not use our website or services.
Services
Stick & Bone Studio provides pet photography services to clients in Far North Queensland. Our services include photo sessions, editing, and printing.
Payment
We require payment in full at the time of booking to secure your session. We accept payment via bank transfer or credit card. If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us as soon as possible. A rescheduling fee may apply.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your session, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will not receive a refund.
Stick & Bone Studio reserves the right to reschedule due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Copyright
All photographs produced by Stick & Bone Studio are protected by copyright law. The images are for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes without our written consent.
Clients may not alter or edit any images without the express permission of Stick & Bone Studio.
Image Usage
We may use the images from your session for promotional purposes, including our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you prefer that we do not use your images in this way, please let us know in writing before your session.
Liability
Stick & Bone Studio is not responsible for any injuries or damages that occur during the photo session. You are responsible for the behaviour of your pet during the session and any damages they may cause.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their pets are up to date on all necessary vaccinations and are healthy enough to participate in the session.
Privacy
We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with any third parties without your consent. We may collect your name, email address, phone number, and other information as needed to provide our services.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
By booking a session with Stick & Bone Studio, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
